It goes without saying that this month has been different than any other. In the midst of going totally remote as a team, we have also launched new security features, integration updates, and more as we strive to be as consistent as possible throughout the current global climate.

Here’s What’s New

1. In Response to COVID-19

In the next week, you’ll receive our invoice for March fees. If you are struggling to make this payment, please send our support team an email and share your story with us. We want to be able to help those who have been hit the hardest. We are also postponing our fee increase that was scheduled for May 1.

We suggest that you communicate with your customers when their payments are due and proactively make necessary changes to their payment schedules to avoid declined payments.

2. New Security Feature: Two-Factor Authentication

At Rotessa, we already hold our security practices to a very high standard but want to continue improving. With that in mind, we’ve introduced a new security feature to keep your Rotessa account safe with two-factor authentication.

This will quickly become your new normal for logging into your account as you create customers and schedule transactions. If you have a question about two-factor authentication – or really about anything else – feel free to send an email to our support team.

3. Updates to our QuickBooks Online and Xero Integrations

In case you haven’t heard, Rotessa’s Accounting integrations (Xero and QuickBooks Online) got a new facelift recently. If you haven’t already tested it out, now is the time to try. Check out our helpful video’s and guides in the integrations section of our website to get started.

4. Grand Opening

One week before our team began working remote, we hosted a Grand Opening for our friends and family.

Good wine, cheese, and the support of our community made for a wonderful afternoon.

Hitch + Boler Coffee Roasters, our dear friends, provided some really sweet party favours for our guests too! As you can imagine, we are happy to keep all the leftover coffee.
