Spring has arrived! Along with the warmer weather, some updates to Rotessa have also come along. As we continue working remotely, we’ve very proud of the updates we’ve been able to launch and are so excited to finally share with you!

1. Working Alone | Tips, tricks and resources

In light of the global pandemic, many firms and small businesses are being forced into remote work without any experience, policies, or guidance.

2. Transaction Schedules in light of COVID-19

Many Rotessa customers have been asking for ways to pause, or temporarily cancel scheduled transactions in light of the effects of COVID-19 on small businesses.

Pausing transactions isn’t currently a feature in Rotessa, but we’ve developed a few workarounds for the time being. We outlined these options in a blog post.

3. Two Factor Authentication

At Rotessa, we already hold our security practices to a very high standard but want to continue improving. With that in mind, we’ve introduced a new security feature to keep your Rotessa account safe with two-factor authentication.

This will quickly become your new normal for logging into your account as you create customers and schedule transactions. If you have a question about two-factor authentication – or really about anything else – feel free to send an email to our support team.

4. Integrations with QBO and Xero

In case you haven’t heard, Rotessa’s Accounting integrations (Xero and QuickBooks Online) got a new facelift recently. If you haven’t already tested it out, now is the time to try. Check out our helpful video’s and guides in the integrations section of our website to get started.
