1. Reminder: We are offline Friday, September 30

Our team will be offline throughout National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Friday, September 30. We will not be processing payments or available for support as we will take the day to recognize the impact of the Canadian Indian residential school system.

We will resume processing and be available on Monday, October 3.

2. A perfect match: paperless payments and carbon-neutral packaging

Georgette Packaging – based in Kitchener, Ontario – creates beautiful, custom, carbon-neutral packaging with a specific focus on serving small food businesses.

For several years, Georgette has used Rotessa to bill their clients. We met up with the folks at Georgette and interviewed co-owner Jennifer who told us what really makes them unique.

3. Rotessa partner: Accounting by Sal

4. Rotessa Team Update: Ang and Heather

We have two new, lovely additions to the team: Heather and Angeline.

Angeline is stepping into a Customer Success role as Laura goes on maternity leave.

Three fun facts about Ang:

1. She has three cats and “a very spoiled” dog
2. Ang has been a part of her husband’s racing pit crew for 27 years
3. She has a black belt in Taekwondo

Heather is our newest team member and takes on the job of leading our marketing team!
