Settlement Reports

To see a report on your settlements, click Settlements in the top menu.

You’ll see a list of your settlements, along with information about the payments in those reports.

Get more detail on each settlement by clicking the date you wish to view. This will allow you to see the complete report on that settlement.

On the same screen, you can download a .csv of your settlement report by clicking the download button on the right-hand side.

When Do I Get Paid?

The timing of bank payments is a little different from Interac or credit card payments.

Since the different banks need to communicate, it usually takes 5 business days for your payments to be deposited into your account.

This delay ensures that any payments deposited into your account are approved!

How to add a customer
If you did not have your customer fill out an online form using the Rotessa Permission Form Creator (which automatically adds them to your account), then you will need to add them manually. Remember, you can only collect payments from your customer’s accounts after you have obtained their authorization. Here’s how to add a customer profile to your Rotessa account: On the Customers page in your account, click the blue Add Customer button. In the drop-down menu, select Manually Enter a New Customer. The required fields are name, authorization type (where you obtained authorization, phone, in-person, or online), routing number, and account number. The other fields on this page are optional. Once you have added a customer, they will appear on the Customers page in your account.
