Despite all the nice weather we had in July, the team here still managed to get quite a bit done. There are a few major updates and changes that directly resulted from the Customer Feedback Survey we did earlier this year. A lot of you gave very insightful suggestions and thoughts – thanks for that.

We have a bunch more exciting things in the work that you’ll be hearing about in the upcoming months – so stay tuned.

Rotessa Dashboard – New Feature

The new Rotessa Dashboard is this months biggest update, one that we hope will make it easier to for you to understand your Rotessa information all in one place.

We love this new feature because it provides a simple overview of your account’s recent and upcoming activity. The Rotessa dashboard includes quick stats on your approved, pending, declined and future transactions. You’ll be able to see the status and amounts of your scheduled transactions in an easy-to-read bar graph at the top of the dashboard. You’ll also be able to easily identify upcoming settlements for projecting cashflow.

The top section gives an overview of the amount of customers, transactions, and declines you have, as well a total of transactions within the given date period. This total adds up all approved, declined, future, and pending transactions. It’s an easy way to see if your billing total is accurate.

The bar graph shows all approved, declined, future, and pending transactions so you have an overview at a glance. By hovering over a bar in the graph you can see the total for a specific date. If you click on the bar, it will take you to a detailed transaction report for more information.

The upcoming settlements tab indicates when you can expect Rotessa to send you your settlement. The timing of the actual settlement in your bank might differ slightly depending on when your bank communicates with the central bank.

We’ll be using this section of the dashboard to share quick (or exclusive) access to new Rotessa promotions, posts, updates and more.

New Video Series

We’ve created a video series called “How to accept ACH payments: a beginners guide.” This is a helpful tool that simply explain the basics of accepting ACH payments in the USA. Feel free to share this with your friends or anyone interested in learning more about PADs.

Rotessa Headquarters Construction

We’re excited to announce that Rotessa is building a new office to keep up with our growing team. Stay tuned on our social media for progress updates and pictures.
