Before year-end — and as we gear up for the holidays — we’ve been making some updates to our building, your user experience, and adding to our team!
Here’s What’s New
1. QuickBooks Online Integration Update
We’re making some visual changes to the QuickBooks Online integration. We will be gradually updating the integration in the coming weeks – keep your eyes out for our announcement when all the improvements have been completed.

2. Rotessa Partnership Program
If you are an accountant or bookkeeper (or know someone that is) that uses Rotessa, you should check out our newly launched partnership program.

3. New Staff Highlight
Our team keeps growing so we can serve your business better.
Laura, our Customer Success Representative, has been helping you out online for a few weeks now. She will be your go-to person whenever you need help. Fun fact about Laura: she loves sweet-smelling candles and mittens.
Our Communications Coordinator, Alissa, is excited to work alongside all of our departments. Sharing new ideas in a simple and engaging way is her main passion, but Instagram and the Winnipeg Jets are high on her list too.
4. Rotessa was at Saas North
We love to keep learning — and learning from the best! Our founder, Greg, was a part of the SaaS (Software as a Service) North in Ottawa this year. Over three days, Greg learned from so many different speakers from a diverse group of SaaS leaders. Their theme, The Playbook For Scaling Your SaaS Company, was a great challenge to us as we try to find the best ways Rotessa can serve you with our software.
5. Building Update
If you haven’t already heard, Rotessa is getting a new building. If you want to catch the highlights of the progress you can follow along with us on social media (FB, IG, TW). Here’s the latest:
Every time we check up on the new building we are so pleased with the progress. The team took another tour and we saw some major changes like a fancy wood feature in our main atrium, a new coat of paint, and a newly installed fully-functional kitchen. We are already dreaming up all the team lunches we’ll have! We have a tentative move-in date of January, but (of course) we will keep you posted.
6. Contest Last Chance
