We’re hiring a full-time Customer Success rep. This position is all about going above and beyond to exceed our customers’ expectations when they need help.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to support requests via chat, email, and phone/video
- Use our CRM to manage customer interactions, track issues, and follow up with timely and helpful responses
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide guidance and explanations
- Assist new signups with the onboarding process
- Conduct virtual walkthroughs of software for prospective and existing customers
- Establish a relationship with our customers
- Create and/or update Rotessa support documents and tutorials
- Document new processes and procedures
- Manage and execute a strategy to gather satisfied customer reviews
- Work closely with our Compliance department to successfully onboard new customers
- Work alongside the Marketing department, as you will know our clients best!
What We’re Looking For
- Integrity, strong character, and a love for helping others
- Ability to view problems from the customer’s perspective
- Confidence to talk to customers on chat/phone/video and problem solve alongside them
- Extraordinary written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (proficient in G Suite business tools) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Comfortable learning and using tools like CRMs, support systems, and internal documentation platforms
- Successful at prioritizing projects and daily tasks
- Business sense
