Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is all about proactively connecting with new customers and guiding them toward actively using our product. We believe every interaction matters, and strive to make a human connection with each new customer to set the tone for a long-term relationship.

What you’ll do

  • Connect with customers who have signed up for Rotessa to move them along our funnel
  • Schedule and lead product demos
  • Drive inbound sales initiatives
  • Create and manage paid ads initiatives
  • Assist new signups with the onboarding process
  • Lead and backup the support team
  • Establish relationships with our customers
  • Cultivate customer testimonials
  • Work closely with our compliance department to successfully onboard new customers
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns

  • Experience in sales with a track record of success
  • Extraordinary written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (proficient in G Suite business tools and Hubspot is an asset)
  • Business sense

  • Team first attitude
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
