We’re growing and hiring a full-time Customer Success rep. This position is all about going above and beyond to exceed our customer’s expectations when they need help.

What you'll do
- Monitor and respond to support requests via phone, video, email, and social media
- Assist new signups with our onboarding process
- Establish relationships and confidence with our customers
- Create and update Rotessa support pages and help tutorials
- Assist in the daily process of sending and reconciling bank files
- Work closely with our compliance department to successfully onboard new customers
