1. 15 Years of Rotessa
We take a lot of pride in being in business for 15 years! Payments and small businesses have changed so much, but we’ve been here the whole time.
We had lots of fun celebrating our anniversary, and we look forward to the next 15 years and more!
Our local newspaper, The Carillon, featured Rotessa and Greg to celebrate our growth. We are so proud of our southeastern Manitoban talent, and this was an exciting way to be celebrated by our hometown media.
If you missed it, we held a month-long promotion that gave 15 per cent off to any Rotessa user who engaged with our social media content in July. What a wonderful way to see how our friends utilize Rotessa and for them to share it with their friends!
In addition to the discount, we held a draw for one lucky winner to receive some Rotessa swag. We announced the winner on our Instagram, but if you missed it: Congratulations to Sarah Dow of SMD Finance!
2. Upcoming holidays 📅
We will not be processing payments, and our support centre will be closed on the following dates:
🧡National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Tuesday, September 30
🦃Thanksgiving Day, Monday, October 13
🕯Remembrance Day, Tuesday, November 11
Any transactions scheduled on these dates will be processed the following day.
3. A New Face at Rotessa 👋
Meet Noel, the newest member of the Rotessa team! As our new Customer Experience & Support Specialist, Noel will be working to ensure your experience with Rotessa is as smooth as possible. He’ll be there to help you on our support chat, offering friendly and effective assistance to help you get the most out of Rotessa’s features. Say hello to Noel next time you’re on the support chat!
