Rotessa is a growing B2B SaaS (software as a service) company located in Steinbach, MB. Our software provides secure payment processing for small businesses across Canada and the United States using the banking network.

We are seeking a talented Website Developer with graphic design experience to join the Rotessa team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WordPress and have a keen eye and passion for design. This position will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing design elements for our website that effectively communicate Rotessa’s brand. There is also the possibility of being part of the UX/UI software development team.

• Responsible for the ongoing management, design, analytics, SEO and reporting for the newly redesigned Rotessa website (launching soon).
• Provide design support for marketing initiatives and activities.
• Implement website and digital marketing best practices.

• Team first attitude
• Degree or diploma in creative communications, digitals arts or media
• Proven web development experience using WordPress
• Graphic design experience
• Familiar with Adobe Creative suite
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Successful at prioritizing projects and tasks
• UI/UX design experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Figma is an asset
